01Introduction

04Registration & Account Management

When registering an account on Exabet88, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You accept the following conditions in relation to your account:

05Deposits & Payments

Exabet88 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Exabet88 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. Exabet88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations during the confirmation period.

06Withdrawals

• Cryptocurrency: subject to network confirmation times, typically 10–60 minutes.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been used to make at least one prior deposit on your account.
• Members must have completed the KYC identity verification process before any withdrawal will be approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be met in full before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

07Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional credits offered by Exabet88 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum of 15 times (x15) before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier for each offer is disclosed in the promotion details.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While an active bonus is in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per selection is RM250. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.

08Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Exabet88 platform:

09Responsible Gambling

12Limitation of Liability

Exabet88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time:

• Member-Initiated Closure: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be returned via the Member's most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and AML verification.
• Platform-Initiated Termination: Exabet88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in cases of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (d) any other situation that Exabet88, at its sole discretion, considers to pose a risk to the Platform, other Members, or third parties.

In cases of Platform-initiated termination due to a material breach, Exabet88 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and may refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

14Amendments to These Terms

Exabet88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Exabet88 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to the account or via a prominent notification on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and request account closure.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
